  • President - Responsible for game and practice operations.  Responsible for all 248 Venom day to day operations. Responsible to everyone in the organization including, staff, coaches, parents and children football/cheer. Responsible for the safety and concerns of All staff, coaches, parents, and children football/cheer. Responsible for the longevity of the 248 Venom organization.
  • Vice President - Responsible for game and practice operations.  Responsible for all 248 Venom day to day operations. Responsible to everyone in the organization including, staff, coaches, parents and children football/cheer. Responsible for the safety and concerns of All staff, coaches, parents, and children football/cheer. Responsible for the longevity of the 248 Venom organization.
  • General Manager - Responsible for game and practice operations.
  • Treasurer - Responsible for monetary collation for the organization. Manage the bank account for the organization.
  • Registration Manager - Responsible for managing registration for football and cheer. This position works directly with the treasurer.
  • Secretary - This position is responsible for paperwork and important documents for the organization.
  • Equipment Manager - This position is responsible for handling and the distribution of football and cheer equipment.
  • Fundraiser/Financial Director - This position is responsible for handling cost
  • and planning fundraisers for the organization.
  • Health Coordinator - This position is responsible for the health of all football and cheer participants. This position will be present at every practice and game.
  • Team Mom - This position is responsible for children and Coach relations and also parent and Coach relations and if need so staff and parent relations.
  • Board Regulations
  • Under no circumstances can a board member be a coach. 
  •  All staff members and board members must treat each other with respect.
  • We are a nonprofit organization, under no circumstances can a board or staff member be paid. 
  • All staff and coaches need to present a background check.
  • No favoritism will be given to any family members who are on the board,  staff, the coaches or players(football/cheer).
  • The 248 Venom board members will do everything we can to work with other organizations in the league.
  • We are a family oriented organization. All board members must have the same family-oriented trait.

General Rules:  

  • All Staff and Coaches must treat our children and parents with utmost respect, and decency.
  •  All children must know how to properly tackle(Roll-tackle), before game day to avoid any injuries.
  •  Neither Swearing or foul language will be tolerated by the staff, coaches or players.
  •  We have a zero tolerance for violence of any kind. First offense, will lead to your child sitting out the following game.  Second offense, immediate termination.
  •  Volunteering is very important, each parent must sign up to volunteer each home game.  Refusal to apply it will  result in NO playing time for the players and cheerleaders. 
  •  All paperwork must be kept in files, and must be presented upon request.
  •  Birth certificates, concussion contracts and all paperwork, must be handed in before your child can participate in a game.
  • Practice Rules:
  • (Practice Location- Country Oaks Elementary school)
  •  All scrimmages will be announce 2 weeks prior for parents preparation.
  •  Gatorade and water will be provided by the staff at every practice. All football and cheer participants must bring water bottles.
  •  First aid kits must be present and used at every practice if needed.
  •  All Health coordinators must be at all practices no exceptions.
  •  Practice is very important, 3  Days of missed practice will result in your child sitting out the following game. 
  • We are a family oriented organization, parents are allowed to watch the practice, but cannot be a distraction. Any questions they have for the coaches can be asked without the child present.
  •  We are very strict on time.  Our parents time mean everything to us. 2 tardies in one week, will result in decrease playing time, for players and cheer.
  •  We will start our practice on time, we will end our practice on time. Once again our parents time is very important to us.   
  •  Coaches will be told 15 minutes before end time to wrap things up.
  • General Game Rules
  • (Homefield Location- )
  •  All football and cheer participants and coaches must arrive a hour and a half before their scheduled game.
  •  All players and cheerleaders must be in full uniform upon arrival of their schedule game.
  • Full uniform includes:
  • Helmet, mouthpiece, shoulder pads, griddle, proper game jersey, game pants and cleats.
  •  All health coordinator must be at every game
  •  All football players should have their protective cup if they cup is not present the players will not play in that game
  •  Here at the 248Venom, we use all players to win a game but all players must have the designated number of plays given by league rules.
  •  We have a zero tolerance for violence 
  •  At every home game staff and volunteers are required to clean the occupied area and field.
  •  All players must be on time for weigh-ins.
  •  At every home game volunteers must be at their post 5 minutes before time.
  • We at the 248Venom are a family of like minded football thinker's. We regulate our Football and Cheer program with teaching our kids the FUDS acronym. Understanding that FUDS not only help our children in sports but in there everyday lives as they grow to adults. FUDS stand for..
